When we know, who walks beside us, on this path we have chosen, our fears fall from us.

Subconscious Activity and Morbid Reflection

There are laws that govern our thinking, applying equally to everyone at all times, are totally impersonal and cannot be appealed. One of these is the Law Of Subconscious Activity. Being impersonal, this law is true for both positive and negative thoughts and when employed negatively brings sickness, trouble, and failure; but when employed positively brings healing, freedom, and success. To be clear: we give the orders by the thoughts we habitually entertain, the subconscious mind does the work.

When a negative or fearful thought floats up from our subconscious how we respond to it determines our future. So, we train ourselves when confronted by these discordant thoughts to turn immediately to thoughts of Divine Love, of how the Great Creative Life Force at the heart of all Creation wants us to be happy, joyous and free, employing prayer and guided meditation to focus our mind. In so doing the Law of Subconscious Activity works for us, not against. If we fail to do this and instead ruminate on fear in any of its many guises we fall into the clutches of the great adversary, Morbid Reflection which slams the door on the peace of mind and heart we so desperately desire. The Law Of Subconscious Activity is about addressing the thoughts which enter our consciousness, not preventing them which is impossible.

Practical demonstrations always carry more weight than mere words. So, begin by observing the faces of the people in your life. What do you see in the countenance and body language of those who routinely engage in gossip, hurtful or negative words and action? Compare them with those who are consistently kind, supportive and positive. The truth of this lesson will be as plain as the look on your face.
